Total wasted , I have booked 3 days stay but first day they transferred me to another garbage hotel, that another hotel was like slum no service bathrooms and bed was stinky. They charged me extra 2k for my 8 year child extra bed even I booked already room for 3 person.

Excellent service and maintenance. They charged me more than 2k per night, but still its value for money.Rooms have all basic facilities like electric kettle for making coffee and tea, hot water, room service and also a paid cab service for local tour and airport dropping.It has a restaurant room service, but the food is not so great. So better order food online

Stayed 2 days for Taj and local Delhi trip. Hotel staff Sreeja Madam took total care for the accommodation and all transportation needs; right from airport pickup, local sight seeing until airport drop! We stayed as a family for 3 days at the hotel in the suite room. Srija who wasn the incharge of the hotel made sure the stay was very comfortable. She coordinated so well, arranged taxis and made us comfortable. Even though situated in a narrow street it's close to the busy bazaar where u can buy many things at a cheaper rate. Metro is close by. Overall a great experience. Cons of the hotel are Suite room being in the 3rd floor is good but the common area is smelly and not clean. The house keeping items like old bed, sheets are kept there and not a comfortable scene. Next the hotel manager attitude is not very satisfactory. Every time need to argue with him and not very happy. On the other hand Srija s response was really good and she made us comfortable. Overall a good experience.

I had a good time in panickers residency,all staff were very good ,cooperative ,and helpful.Iam very happy and satisfied with the hotel and staff,next time if i come to visit delhi,surely i would stay in panickers hotel
